Supporting Families, One Diaper at a Time: DYPER Partners with the National Diaper Bank Network

At DYPER, we believe that every child deserves a clean, dry diaper—and every parent deserves easy access to high-quality diapers that support their baby’s health, comfort, and development. That’s why we’re proud to partner with the National Diaper Bank Network (NDBN), a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending diaper need across the United States.

Why Diaper Need Matters

Did you know that 1 in 2 U.S. families struggles to afford enough diapers for their children? (Source: NDBN Diaper Check 2024). Diaper need affects a child’s health, a parent’s ability to work, and a family’s overall well-being. Without clean diapers, babies face increased health risks and are often turned away from childcare centers—leaving parents unable to attend work or school.

NDBN is working to change that.

What the National Diaper Bank Network Does

Founded to address this hidden crisis, NDBN supports a nationwide network of diaper banks and community partners that distribute free diapers to families in need. Their work includes:

• Direct Support: Helping families access diapers through local diaper banks. If you or someone you know needs help, dial 2-1-1 for immediate assistance.
• Advocacy: Raising awareness and pushing for policy changes to ensure basic needs are met for all children.
• Education & Engagement: Hosting events like National Diaper Need Awareness Week and the U.S. Conference on Poverty and Basic Needs to drive change.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Encouraging individuals and organizations to start diaper drives, donate, or get involved locally.

At DYPER, we believe that no parent should ever have to choose between diapers and other essentials. Our partnership with the National Diaper Bank Network (NDBN) is rooted in shared values: care and sustainability. Together, we support families in the USA affected by poverty or natural disasters in need of baby diapers.  

We encourage parents to purchase diapers at www.dyper.com during the DIAPER NEED AWARENESS WEEK PROMOTION from September 12th 2025 to the end of the month: thanks to your purchases, we will donate an additional 100,000 diapers to NDBN; also, consider donating unused diapers to a diaper bank location rather than returning them - they accept open boxes in original packaging.
