ABOUT DYPER
Rethinking what a diaper can be.
Dyper is on a mission to redefine baby care - with plant-based materials, no plastic on baby’s skin, and a closed-loop approach to what happens next. Female-owned and parent-led.

where we started
It began with a new parent asking a better question.
Dyper was founded in 2018 by Sergio Radovcic — a new parent who looked at the diaper aisle and refused to accept what he saw. Too much plastic. Too many ingredients without explanation. Too little progress.
That original question — why isn't there a better way to diaper? — became the foundation everything since has been built on.
“Why isn’t there a better way to diaper?”
THE FOUNDING QUESTION

a new chapter
Now female-owned, parent-led, and just getting started.
In recent years, Dyper entered a new chapter. Giusy Buonfantino — a seasoned CPG leader and lifelong parent advocate — acquired the company, making Dyper proudly female-owned.
Alongside her, two fellow industry veterans and parents, each with decades of experience in baby care, joined the leadership team. Together, they share one belief: the diaper industry could do better. For years, they had seen the same problems from the inside — and now, they're in a position to change them.
WHAT HAD TO CHANGE
The problems parents shouldn't have to accept.
Too much reliance on plastic and chemicals
Most diapers on the market today are made with up to 75% plastic - and the chemistry isn't always disclosed.
Too little innovation in skin health
Diaper rash, irritation, and contact with plastic-based materials still affect the majority of babies in their first year.
Too many compromises parents shouldn't have to make
Choosing between performance, transparency, and sustainability — when families deserve all three.
OUR MISSION
A brand that sets a new standard for what a diaper should be.
Under new ownership and expanded leadership, Dyper is evolving from a bold idea into a movement — grounded in science, skin health, sustainability, and uncompromising quality. Every choice we make is intentional. Every material has a purpose. Every product is designed to be better for babies and better for the world they'll inherit.

THE DYPER DIFFERENCE
Less plastic, better for your baby. Our diapers are 55% USDA-certified plant-based, carry a 5-star Dermatest® rating, and feature a 100% plastic-free inner liner. Less plastic is gentler on skin, kinder to the planet, and one less source of microplastic exposure. It's real rash protection and total peace of mind for parents who refuse to compromise.
THE DYPER DIFFERENCE
Ordinary diapers can linger in landfills for up to 500 years. Ours are built to do better. We use 2x more plant-based and compostable materials, so our diapers are designed to break down faster through our ReDyper composting program or in our biodegradable bags. Every claim is backed by certifications and measurable action, because sustainability should be real, not performative.
THE DYPER DIFFERENCE
Our products are approved by dermatologists, endorsed by pediatric nurses, and championed by leaders in the fight against plastic for health and wellness. Their support reinforces what we’ve believed from the beginning: better materials lead to better outcomes for babies and the planet.
