Easy Returns & Exchanges: You can manage returns and exchanges directly in your account or by following this link: Returns & Exchanges

Diaper Box Returns: We can accept returns of diaper boxes, as long as they haven't been used and are in a condition where we can resell them.

Condition of Items: If any returned items are used or not in resalable condition, we may not be able to offer a full exchange or refund. In those cases, we might offer a store credit instead.

Refund/Credit Type: We issue refunds and exchanges as store credit.

Final Sale Items: Please note that these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale Items, Single Packs, Baby Wipes, and Accessories.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.

Redo Free Returns:

    • If you chose Redo Free Returns at checkout, we've got you covered on the return shipping!
    • Keep in mind that this option can't be removed once your order is placed. If you didn't add it, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
    • For your convenience, Redo Free Returns will automatically apply to all future subscription orders once purchased.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes about 3-5 business days.
