Diaper Box Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused monthly boxes in resalable condition. **Please note that we do not accept partial exchanges from opened monthly boxes.  We partner closely with the National Diaper Bank, please donate your smaller size diapers to a local bank near you: https://tinyurl.com/NDBlink 

Final Sale Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Single Packs
  • Baby Wipes
  • Accessories
  • Sale Items

Gifts
 If you received a gift, please use the gift return link in our return portal.

Condition of Items:  Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. If not, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. To process any claims for items that arrive damaged, we require clear photo evidence of both the exterior packaging and the damaged item(s).

Refund/Credit Type: Credits are issued as a gift card to be used on dyper.com.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.

Redo Free Returns:

    • If you chose Redo Free Returns at checkout, we've got you covered on the return shipping!
    • Keep in mind that this option can't be removed once your order is placed. If you didn't add it, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
    • For your convenience, Redo Free Returns will automatically apply to all future subscription orders once purchased.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes about 3-5 business days.
