Diaper Box Returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused diaper boxes, as long as they're in resealable condition.
Final Sale Items: Please note that these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Sale Items, Single Packs, Baby Wipes, and Accessories.
Condition of Items: If any returned items are used or not in resalable condition, we may not be able to offer a full exchange or refund. In those cases, we might offer a store credit instead. To process any claims for items that arrive damaged, we require clear photo evidence of both the exterior packaging and the damaged item(s).
Refund/Credit Type: We issue refunds and exchanges as a gift card to be used on dyper.com.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange.

- Keep in mind that this option can't be removed once your order is placed. If you didn't add it, you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
