DYPER + Recyclops Partner to Compost Dirty Baby Diapers

A Cleaner Future Starts at the Curb

At DYPER, we believe diapering and sustainability can go hand in hand. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Recyclops—a tech-driven recycling innovator—to power our REDYPER™ pickup service, a first-of-its-kind diaper composting solution that helps families reduce plastic waste without sacrificing convenience.

What Is REDYPER™?

REDYPER™ is DYPER’s home pickup service designed to compost our soiled diapers and wipes. Unlike other leading brands, our diapers are made with double the plant-based materials, allowing us to collect and compost them—transforming waste into nutrient-rich soil. When parents enroll, they receive our 13-gallon compostable and biodegradable bags to dispose of soiled diapers and wipes. These bags are then picked up curbside and responsibly composted, diverting plastic waste from landfills.

DYPER PBC is a Certified B Corporation specializing in baby diapers and wipes, with a mission to care for both baby skin and the planet. The REDYPER service is not a profit generator—it’s a mission-driven initiative at the heart of our brand.

Powered by Recyclops

Recyclops was founded in 2014 when CEO Ryan Smith realized his off-campus apartment had no recycling options. What began as a grassroots solution for apartment dwellers in Provo, Utah has grown into a nationwide movement. Today, Recyclops operates in over 30 states, saving millions of pounds from landfills each month.

Their mission is simple yet powerful: to provide sustainable solutions to all, regardless of where people live, by leveraging community and technology. Recyclops uses smart routing, local drivers, and a tech-enabled platform to bring recycling and composting services to places traditional systems often overlook. In Q4 of this year alone, Recyclops will divert over 25 million pounds from landfills—the equivalent weight of 2,700 elephants.

Why It Matters

  • Peace of Mind: DYPER diapers are free from harmful chemicals and designed for sensitive skin—safe for babies, better for the planet.
