Every great idea starts with a simple question.
For DYPER, that question came from a dad—Sergio Radovcic—who was changing yet another diaper and couldn’t stop wondering: Why does something so essential for babies have to be so harmful to the planet they’ll inherit?
At that moment, the seed of DYPER was planted.
Sergio wasn’t looking to build another baby brand. He wanted to start a movement—one that challenged the status quo of convenience over conscience. Diapers are a universal product, used by nearly every parent on the planet, yet few stop to think about the impact: billions of diapers ending up in landfills every year, made from plastics that take centuries to break down.
That didn’t sit right with him.
So, he got to work.
He envisioned a diaper that was as gentle on the Earth as it was on a baby’s skin—crafted from responsibly sourced, plant-based materials, without the harmful chemicals or dyes that most brands quietly rely on.
And in 2014, DYPER was born.
From the start, the mission was bold but simple:

DYPER’s foundation rests on radical transparency and accountability. From the materials we use to the way we collect, and process used diapers, every step is guided by the principle that doing good should be as easy as doing what’s right for your baby.
The diapers themselves are thoughtfully engineered—made with 55% plant based and compostable materials and designed to be ultra-absorbent, soft, and safe for sensitive skin. Naturally free from harmful ingredients, derma-tested for zero rashes, and highly absorbent for up to 12hr leak protection.
But the real innovation came with what happens after the diaper is used.
That’s where the REDYPER™ program was born—our one-of-a-kind return and responsible disposal service that lets parents send back their used diapers. Instead of rotting in landfills, those diapers are processed into rich nutrient soil through composting and waste-to-energy initiatives.
