Subscriber Exclusive Return Policy

Dyper returns are exclusive to active subscribers. One-time purchases are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credits.

At Dyper, our mission is to reduce waste, lower emissions, and prioritize hygiene and safety for every family we serve. Returns create additional transportation emissions and waste, and because we never resell or redistribute opened or handled products for your baby’s safety, we can only offer returns on unopened Monthly Diaper and Training Pant Boxes to active subscribers.

We understand that every family's needs are unique, and we're always here to help subscribers who have ordered too much or too little.

If you are an active subscriber and believe a return is necessary, you may request one by reaching out to our Customer Experience team at hello@dyper.com or start your own return by clicking here.

Please note:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to be considered.
  • Approval is not guaranteed. Each request is evaluated individually, and packaging must remain unopened for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including the cost of the return label.
  • When appropriate, we may apply the value of unopened products toward a future subscription order to help reduce waste and keep your routine on track.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • ReDyper Pickups
  • Wipes
  • Trash Bags
  • Accessories
  • Sale Items

Missed Subscription Cancellations

If a subscription renewal processes before cancellation, the order is considered final. Please reach out to hello@dyper.com for further assistance.

To avoid unwanted shipments, we encourage subscribers to adjust their upcoming order size or delivery date ahead of time.

Redo Free Returns Update

Redo Free Returns are no longer offered. Orders purchased with Redo Free Returns before January 7, 2026 will still be honored under those terms. Going forward, Redo Free Returns will not apply to new orders or subscriptions.
