Three steps. That’s the whole routine.
STEP 1
Stash
Collect your used Dyper diapers and wipes in our ReDyper compost bags. Their tall 13-gallon capacity holds plenty, they’re made from compostable materials, and they fit most standard diaper pails.
STEP 2
Set out
The night before your pickup day, place your tied ReDyper bags outside your door. No need to be home — we collect right from your doorstep, just like regular trash pickup.
STEP 3
We compost
We collect your bags weekly and take them to an industrial composting facility, where they’re broken down into compost used in non-food landscaping projects.

Who handles the pickups?
ReDyper pickups are powered by our logistics partner, Recyclops, a company that brings recycling and composting access to communities not served by traditional waste programs. We work closely with their team every week to keep improving routing, communication, and the overall experience for ReDyper families.
When and how does my pickup happen?
Your route day is assigned by address, and you'll receive it when you sign up. Pickups can happen as early as 4 AM, so always set your tied bags out the night before. No need to be home — drivers collect directly from your doorstep.
Can I skip a pickup?
Yes. You can skip a pickup by emailing Dyper customer support 5–7 days before your scheduled pickup. Because routes are built a week in advance, we currently support one-week skips at a time. Planning a longer break? Reach out and we'll help you pause and reactivate your service.
What happens to the compost?
After industrial processing, the finished compost is used in non-food landscaping projects — keeping your diapering waste useful and out of the landfill.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Nope. Just leave your tied ReDyper bags outside your door the night before your route day, and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I compost Dyper diapers at home?
Composting of human waste requires specialized conditions, including safe material handling procedures and specific pre-processing steps. Very few composting facilities exist around the country that are properly licensed and equipped to handle this type of waste stream.
