How do I cancel my order?

How do I change the shipping address on an order?

How can I change the size on an order that was placed?

Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes. However, We want to make sure you get exactly what you need for your little one.

How can I check the status of my order?

Want to see where your DYPER delivery is?

We send a tracking email (sometimes it may land in your spam folder), but you can always find your tracking details in your account. Simply log in, go to Order History at the top, and select the order you’d like to view—tracking updates will appear there once our warehouse has shipped your package.

What if my order was damaged in transit?

Oh no, we are sorry to hear that! Send us an email or text with your order number and any pictures to hello@dyper.com or 602-492-2023‬, and we'll get a solution for you.

What is my order is missing items or contains incorrect items?

We want to make things right! If you received the wrong items, please email or text us your order number and the specifics to hello@dyper.com or 602-492-2023‬ so we can take care of you

Can I get two seperate sizes in my monthly box?

Yes! We have mix and match subscription options that you can add single packs of any size to a subscription, along with wipes!

How can I gift DYPER?

Can I send a sample to someone?

Absolutely! Sharing the goodness of better diapers is a wonderful idea. You can send a sample right here!

Shipping/Tracking

How much is shipping?

To make sure you get your DYPERs conveniently, we offer free shipping on orders over $85. For orders under that, we use FedEx with a $14.00 shipping fee, and you can usually expect your delivery within 3-5 business days

Where do you ship?

We're so excited to bring our better diapers to families across the mainland US! Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). At this time, we don't offer international shipping or delivery to PO boxes. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow

When can I expect my order?

We know you're excited for your DYPER delivery! For all orders placed before 12 pm Arizona time, we generally ship them out the same business day from our warehouse right here in Chandler, AZ.

** Please note that our warehouse team enjoys their weekends and major holidays off.Your order will travel safely with FedEx and typically reach you within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. We'll send you an email with all the tracking details as soon as it ships. If you have any questions about where your order is, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@dyper.com.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

While we don't have an overnight delivery option right now, we promise we're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible with our regular shipping!

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your account (https://dyper.com/account) Under billing choose "edit" and you can update your payment method there

My card keeps saying failed but I updated the payment method

If you are using ShopPay, you will want to add a physical card to your account and set as your default payment. If this doesn't work please email us at hello@dyper.com with your error message so we can assist

How do I apply a discount to my subscription?

Log into your account, select the apply discount button, enter code and hit apply!

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards. You cannot use gift cards/store credit on recurring subscriptions at this time, only one time purchases from dyper.com checkout. We also do not accept HSA/FSA

How do I change my shipping address on my account?

Log in to your account (https://dyper.com/account) Under shipping information choose "edit" and you can update your address

How do I change the size/item on my subscription?

Log in to your account (https://dyper.com/account) Click the Edit Products button. A window will pop for you to change the size/item in the dropdown, then save/apply

How do I change the date of my next order? Or change the frequency?

Log in to your account and select the Edit Frequency button, you can select a day you want your next order or change the frequency of when your orders process

How do I add a one time item to my next order?

Log in to your account (https://dyper.com/account) Click the edit products button. A window will pop for you to add one time or recurring items to your order, then save/apply.

How do I pause my subscription?

Log in to your account and select the pause button, this will give you time frame options to pause for a period of time. You will get an email reminder in the future before your account resumes billing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account and select the More button, there will be a cancel option. Please select the reason that best fits why you are cancelling. If you have any questions, feel free to email or text us

How do I join Loyalty and Rewards Program?

Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards! Sign up

How can I earn points?

Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and following our socials, and more!

How do I redeem my points?

Log in, Click "loyalty and rewards" button at the top, you can slide to redeem your credits. This will generate a discount code that can be used in your subscription account or at checkout on our website.

Redeem for free box of diapers/pants/wipes. Choosing this will generate a pop window that applies the code to your next subscription order.

** Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other rewards, you can only apply one reward per order **

Where can I see my points balance?

First, Log in, Click "loyalty and rewards" button at the top, you can see your amount of credits at the top of the page

Do my points expire?

Points will expire after one year if there is no account activity.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

When do I get my birthday gift?

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.

I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?

Sure! Just send us an email or text and we are happy to help

Subscription

Can I create DYPER subscriptions for multiple children at once?

Of course! Whether you've got twins, children of different ages, or you're living with other family members, our subscription service can adapt to meet your needs. Just set up a second (or third, or fourth) subscription under your account by following the same steps as you did originally. You’ll be able to choose the size you need and establish the frequency – the details don't need to match your other subscription boxes. So if you need frequent diapers for a newborn, and occasional night-time briefs for a toddler, you're able to customize each subscription to give you exactly what you need.

Do I pay shipping for a subscription?

All orders over $85 are free shipping

Can I use a gift card on my subscription?

You can use for the first purchase to start a subscription on dyper.com. However, for recurring orders there needs to be a payment method that can have recurring payments stored in the system.

How do I change the frequency of my order?

Log in to your account and select the Edit Frequency button, you can select a day you want your next order or change the frequency of when your orders process

What features make DYPER diapers different from other products?

Our DYPER diapers are different from other diapers because we have double the plant based content, are dermatologist tested and certified, and free from harmful ingredients. Our diapers have been independently tested and certified 5 Star by Dermatest, a dermatological institute whos seal of approval can provide you with the maximum possible confidence a product is safe for your baby's sensitive skin. Our diapers have also been OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, USDA Certified Biobased at over 50% plant based content, and utilize chlorine free and FSC certified wood fluff pulp. Our diapers are better for your baby, and better for the planet.

What is the difference in the Charcoal Diapers?

Our most absorbent diaper. Made with natural fibers and infused with Charcoal for total rash protection.

How do I know which side of the DYPER Training Pants goes in front?

Just look for the giraffe! It always goes in front, so you never have to wonder if you put the briefs on backward. (We've all been there.)

What are the materials in your wipes?

Our wipes are made from 100% plant based fibers, with a gentle formula made of 99% water with added skincare ingredients like aloe, chamomile, and glycerin.

Can I use your wipes in a wipe warmer?

We do not recommend putting DYPER wipes in a wipe warmer. Our wipes are made primarily of water and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Additionally, we do not recommend removing wipes from their pack, or transferring them to a wipe dispenser.

Are the wipes recyclable or compostable?

Our wipes are REDYPER eligible, and can be sent back to us along with your dirty diapers to be industrially composted through our REDYPER program

Can I use your wipes on my babies face, hands, etc?

Our wipes are great for any and all uses, including your baby's sensitive skin.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in various places, including China, Mexico, and the US, using globally sourced materials.

I saw Smurfs DYPERs at WalMart, what's the difference?

The Smurf diapers are a little different than our current diapers, mainly due to the thinner, channeled core. This core has the same great absorption as our original DYPER diapers, but looks and feels a bit different. Our Smurf diapers and wipes are also enhanced with cotton as well. Both the Smurfs diapers and wipes are not REDYPER eligible.

** We have discontinued manufacturing of Smurfs diapers- all purchases made at WalMart must be returned to WalMart for return/exchange**
